Human milk oligosaccharide HMOs

2' -fucosyl lactose (2 '-Fucosyllactose, 2'-FL) is the highest content of HMOs in breast milk, the content of colostrum can reach 2.9 g/L, and the content of mature milk is 0.9-1.7 g/L, accounting for more than 1/3 of the total HMOs content in breast milk.
