Ascorbyl glucoside application:
1. Brighten the skin, inhibit the formation of melanin, transform ascorbic acid glucoside into vitamin C and enter the skin cells, and significantly reduce the formation of melanin by inhibiting the activity of Tyrosinase. Inhibition of Tyrosinase reduces dopaquinone, which is an intermediate in melanin synthesis. Another additional benefit is the simultaneous conversion of dopamine quinone into levodopa, alleviating the formation of melanin and thereby reducing skin pigmentation.
2. Resist UV damage and inhibit cell damage caused by UV radiation. After converting ascorbic acid glucoside into vitamin C, it can significantly reduce the free radicals produced by UV radiation on the skin, significantly reducing skin damage, and playing a protective role in sun protection products.
